A three acre garden near Penzance will hold an open day on August 13 as part of the National Garden Scheme.
The garden at Gwrythia has a blend of meadows, ponds and mixed borders full of grasses, perennials, annuals and roses. An arch of a hornbeam hedge leads to a large vegetable garden, polytunnel, on to an artist's studio, and down through a small woodland.
Gwrythia is gardened organically, with plants chosen for both their attraction to wildlife and plant lovers alike. For this open day, running from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, visitors will need to pre-book tickets.
