TRERICE, near Newquay, will be hosting an afternoon of folk music and a local craft fair on set weekends.
On Sunday, November 10 visitors can enjoy an afternoon of music with local folk group Ryn an Mor (meaning ‘by the sea’) who will be returning to perform a selection of Celtic and Cornish music. Their performance will start at 2pm in the barn.
The weekend activities continue on Saturday and Sunday, November 16 and 17, with local craft sellers taking to the barn to showcase their work and provide some Christmas gift inspiration. The craft fair will be open from 11am until 4pm across both days with free entry. Some of the stalls will be cash only.
Vic Hurry, visitor experience officer at Trerice, said: “We’re really excited to kick off our festive programming with the return of Ryn an Mor, who proved very popular at Trerice during the summer. It’s also great being able to welcome local craft sellers, some of whom are volunteers at Trerice, and to give visitors a chance to come along to a free craft fair in the beautiful surroundings of Trerice.”
