FIRE crews attended a blaze at a residential property at Trerice on Friday night, (January 3).

Two appliances from Newquay Fire Station along with crews from St Columb and St Dennis attended the incident at 11.30pm.

The fire started in a wood burner and spread to the living room of the property.

Crews used two main jets and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
