FATHER Christmas has been touring the streets of Newquay to help the community get into the festive spirit.
Santa is being towed around in his sleigh with the help of his elves from Towan Blystra Lions Club to raise money for good causes.
He will be outside Morrisons Supermarket entrance with his helpers on Sun, December 17.
He is visiting DISC in the Sandy Lodge Hotel in Hilgrove Road on Monday, December 18 between 12pm and 4pm and in Quintrell Downs from 6pm.
Santa’s tour will finish at The Goldings on Tuesday, December 19 from 6pm.
Father Christmas has so far visited St Newlyn East to turn on its festive lights, the Tretherras area, the Treloggan area, St Columb Minor, the town centre and Tregunnel, Nansledan and Newquay Football Club.
Lion Phil Bunt said: “This year, some of the routes have been adjusted to reflect the popularity of Santa’s attendance across a wide area but, if he’s not actually coming down your street this year, you will be able to track his progress every day on the online Santa Tracker, so finding him won’t be an issue.
“As always, Santa’s elves will be equipped with their special long donation tubes to drop a few coins in to, with the collection going to help local good causes.”
