St Austell Festival of Children’s Literature presents a special fundraising event on October 27 at St John’s Methodist Church.
Join festival patron, award-winning author AF Steadman as she talks about her inspirations for her number one bestselling series SKANDAR — an epic story about bloodthirsty unicorns, sky battles and elemental magic.
The Skandar series is an international phenomenon, translated into 46 languages worldwide and with a film by Sony Pictures in the works.
In this special event, the audience will hear about the new book and have the chance to ask AF Steadman their own questions about the Skandar series and being a writer.
The doors will open at 3pm so you can come along and get in the mood before the talk beings at 5pm. There will be face-painting, treats and drinks, plus Skandar themed activities and games.
The organisers are inviting the audience to wear elemental green to celebrate the book. To book tickets, visit: wherereadingrocks.com/event/an-audience-with-af-steadman-by-st-austell-festival-of-childrens-literature/
