Two elderly people had to be rescued after getting stuck in boggy woodland yesterday (March 5).

Cornwall Fire and Rescue service crews from Delabole had to rescue the two, who were uninjured, from a boggy area in woodland near Crowdy Reservoir at lunchtime.

Police, search and rescue specialists and a first responder were all sent to the scene to help.
