For Head of Duchy College Rosewarne, Luke Bazeley, this in an exciting step towards a more resourceful and sustainable future.
“Our colleges are at the heart of the community. By providing a training kitchen for the delivery of short courses at Rosewarne, we will improve access to affordable food and healthy living for local people,” added Luke.
Louis Gardner, Cornwall Council Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Economy, has supported the project. He said: “It was a pleasure to visit Duchy College Rosewarne recently, and to see for myself the new business enterprise spaces and Farm and Food Hub.
