A CORNWALL councillor has been doing his bit to help in the fight against litter in the county this summer.

Cllr James Mustoe, who represents the coastal areas of Mevagissey and St Austell Bay, has delivered some new litter pickers, donated by Biffa, to Cornwall Watersports at Pentewan.

The councillor has also given more litter picking equipment to Crinnis Crib Hut on Crinnis Beach at Carlyon Bay.

Cllr Mustoe said: “Crinnis Beach is a real local asset and everyone who visits should do their bit to pick up after themselves and ensure they leave nothing behind but their footprints.”
