St Austell Brewery has announced the return of its Celtic Beer Festival on Saturday, November 25, from 11am to 11pm.
It’s the first time the festival has been held since 2019 and organisers are promising it will be bigger and better than ever.
Held in the ancient cellars of the Victorian brewery, there will be over 100 ales, stouts, lagers, and craft beers to try, including a series of limited-edition St Austell Brewery beers brewed especially for the festival.
There will also be beers from brewers across Cornwall and the wider South West, with food and top musical entertainment from local artists throughout the day.
All profits from ticket sales will be donated to St Austell Brewery’s Charitable Trust, which supports charities, communities and individuals in need across the South West.
Established in 2003, it recently hit the milestone of raising more than £1-million for good causes, including £200,000 from festival ticket sales.
Brewing director Georgina Young said: “Our Celtic Beer Festival has always been a popular event, so we hope people will be as excited as we are that it’s returning this year for the first time since the pandemic.
“We’ve been working through plans for a fresh and exciting approach for 2023 and can’t wait to welcome everybody back to celebrate good beer, good music, and good times together.”
