Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after two people sustained life-threatening injuries in a collision on the B3303 north of Praze-an-Beeble, near Camborne.

The incident happened at around 1.15pm on Thursday, October 26 and involved two vehicles; a Volvo and a Honda.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Emergency services attended the scene where the drivers of both vehicles – a man aged in his 70s in the Volvo and a woman aged in her 60s in the Honda - needed urgent medical treatment. Both were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

"The road was closed for several hours while police carried out an investigation at the scene. Members of the public have been thanked for their patience during the closure."
