EMERGENCY services attended an incident involving a van leaving the road and overturning on the A30 near Summercourt.
Two people sustained minor injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment with the road closed for around three hours.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Police were called at around 3.15pm on Wednesday, August 7, following reports of a single vehicle collision on the A30 near Summercourt. It was reported that a van had left the road and flipped. Ambulance and fire were also called.
"Two people sustained minor injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment. One eastbound lane was closed, which was reopened at around 6.10pm."
