A Newquay school choir has been getting people in a festive mood performing in Newquay town centre.

Newquay Junior Academy Choir took to the stage at the Killacourt to perform in front of shoppers.

A school spokesperson said: “The festivities have officially begun with some of our choir performing on the Killacourt stage.

“They sounded beautiful and got everyone in the Christmas mood.”
